Orders placed on www.trusecrets.com are processed within 1–3 business days usually, but some orders can take longer if the owner is working or travelling and it's best to check first if an order is time sensitive.
Physical products:
- No tracking numbers or shipping confirmations are provided unless arranged beforehand.
- Shipping times vary. International orders may take 2+ weeks for delivery.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders for physical products may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed or dispatched. Otherwise, it depends upon circumstances.
Digital products cannot be cancelled as they are available immediately upon purchase.
